Lime Pictures has announced the appointment of Derek McLean, Creative Director for Entertainment at the BBC, as Head of Non-Scripted Programming.

McLean is expected to take up his role at the company's London office in August and his appointment completes the newly formed creative leadership team as he joins Bryan Kirkwood, Head of Continuing Drama and Rebecca Hodgson, Head of Drama. All three Creative Heads will report to joint Managing Directors Kate Little and Claire Poyser.
